Our Story
Allied Plumbing Company was founded in 1972 by Wayne Thompson. After gaining knowledge and experience as a union plumber for many years, Wayne took advantage of the building trends in the local market and launched out on his own.
With the help of his wife, Charlotte, Allied Plumbing quickly built a customer base that revolved around the new boom of fast-food restaurant chains. Wayne’s level of perfectionism and attention to detail gained Allied Plumbing the reputation as the plumbing contractor to call for all areas of the commercial and industrial market.
After successfully growing Allied Plumbing for 21 years, Wayne and Charlotte sold the company to their son, Mike, and their daughter-in-law Lisa, in 1993.
Having grown up learning the business and inheriting Wayne’s dedication to quality, Mike quickly adapted to running the company. Since then Mike and Lisa have continued to maintain Allied Plumbing’s high standards of craftsmanship and quality reputation while taking Allied Plumbing into new markets.
With the help of our skilled team of employees, Allied Plumbing has not only built long-term relationships with our repeat clients, we are continually adding new customers to our business. We value the traditional methods of the plumbing trade, while embracing new technology to constantly improve our services to our clients.
